FundingOps
Money follows readiness. DLP gets you ready, then makes the introduction.
Most funding conversations stall on paperwork, not on the business. DLP builds your diligence-ready data room, sharpens your raise or your credit case, and opens the door to the right funders and lenders in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.
Send the FundingOps brief, or book a briefing and talk it through first.
Sub-practices
01 — Diligence Readiness
Walk into diligence with every document where it belongs. We map the folders an investor will open, bring in what our other practices have already produced for you, and show you what is still missing. The room lives on the platform you choose, never on ours. Typical buyer: Founder or CFO preparing to raise.
02 — Funder Access
Know your number, your terms and your shortlist before the first meeting. For an equity or debt raise we shape your positioning, give you indicative valuation guidance and a plain-language walk through the term sheet, and help you target the right funders. Then we make the introductions. Typical buyer: Founder, CEO or CFO raising equity or debt.
03 — Credit Readiness
Borrow for three to twenty-four months on terms that fit your cash cycle. Profit does not make a business creditworthy, so we show you where a lender will see risk and help you close it. Then we introduce you to the lenders and short-term funding routes that fit. Typical buyer: CFO or owner with a working capital or bridge need.
Be ready before the funder asks.
Three services, one team. Get your data room diligence-ready, prepare your raise, or build the credit case for short-term funding.
How it works. Tell us your goal. We assess where you stand, prepare what funders will ask for, and introduce you to the right people when you are ready.
- Does DLP raise the money for me?
- We prepare you and make the introductions. Funders and lenders make their own decisions, and no one can promise an outcome.
- Where does my data room live?
- On the platform you choose. DLP keeps the checklist and your progress, not your documents.
- Is the credit-readiness assessment a credit rating?
- No. It shows where a lender is likely to see risk and what to fix. Lenders make their own decisions.
