AI Assessment and Report Disclaimer
Dime Legacy Partners · RC. 1927994
Applies to: the assessment, report, and debrief features on dimelegacy.com only: the full Gate 1/Gate 2 assessor (Compliance and Licensing, Process Optimization), the GTM full-engagement readiness brief, and the Modeling intake brief's light AI scope recommendation. HeroHR's brief flow uses no AI step at all and is not covered by this Disclaimer.
Effective date: 26 August 2026
This document is an initial legal framework generated from a technical audit of the DLP platform. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel and must be reviewed before publication. It is intended to be linked from, or embedded in, the assessment report and debrief screens themselves, not only published as a standalone page.
1. What the assessment does
Some DLP practices (Compliance and Licensing, Process Optimization) use a two-step assessment: a structured questionnaire scored on DLP's servers (Gate 1), followed, if you pass, by an AI-generated report (Gate 2) built from your compiled questionnaire answers. Other practices use a lighter declarative intake with a narrower AI scope recommendation, or no AI step at all. Whichever path you take, DLP tells you which applies before you begin.
2. What the AI system is, and is not
The report is generated by a large language model, operating on a structured summary of your questionnaire responses, using a system prompt maintained and reviewed by DLP. DLP selects and may change the specific AI model provider from time to time; the provider in use at any given time, and the jurisdictions its processing may involve, are covered in our Privacy Policy's sub-processor disclosure (Section 8). The AI system is not a person, and it does not have access to information beyond what you submitted in the questionnaire and, in the debrief feature, the resulting report.
The AI-generated report and any debrief conversation are informational only. They do not constitute regulatory, legal, tax, financial, immigration, or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for direct advice from a DLP advisor or from independent legal counsel. Do not rely on the report or debrief output as the basis for a business, legal, or financial decision without confirming the relevant points with a DLP advisor.
3. Accuracy
DLP takes reasonable steps to review and improve the quality of its AI system prompts and questionnaires, including a structured internal flagging and quality review process. Even so, AI-generated content can be incomplete, generic, or, in rare cases, incorrect, particularly where your situation is unusual or where regulatory requirements have recently changed. Where DLP identifies a change to a regulatory requirement referenced in a report you have already received, DLP will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients, but the original report itself is not automatically updated.
4. The debrief conversation
Where offered, the debrief conversation is deliberately scoped to the findings of your own report, and is limited to a fixed number of message exchanges. It is designed to help you understand your report, not to provide open-ended advice or to replace a session with a DLP advisor. The option to book a session or open a docket remains available throughout.
5. Data used and retention
Only structured, compiled data from your questionnaire responses, not your raw free-text submissions, is sent to the AI provider to generate your report. Your report is stored in the platform for a limited period, currently 30 days, after which it is removed from active storage and separately backed up, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your report and any debrief transcript are not used to train any third-party AI model.
6. Complex or unusual situations
Where your questionnaire responses indicate that your situation is too complex for the automated assessment path, you will be routed directly to book a session with a DLP advisor rather than receiving an AI-generated report. This is a deliberate safeguard, not a rejection of your request.
7. Questions or concerns about a report
If you believe a report you received is inaccurate, generic, or otherwise unsatisfactory, contact us at partners@dimelegacy.com, or raise it in your next session with a DLP advisor. We review reported issues as part of our ongoing quality process.
8. Governing law
This Disclaimer forms part of, and is governed by the same law as, our Terms of Service: the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
